↗Veteran-owned. Owner-operated. Customer-first.
YOUR HOME ISN'T A SALES QUOTA.
RPM is local, veteran-owned and owner-operated. You get practical recommendations, fair pricing and transparency from people who answer to their neighbors, not a corporate playbook.

01 · Clear help for the whole home
Routine maintenance, a difficult intermittent failure, a major repair, or a complete replacement—RPM can take the problem from first symptom to finished solution. I will show you what I find, explain the practical options, and give you the price before you choose one.

↗Transparent full-system pricing now, followed by a home-specific scope and firm price before installation.
↗02 · Upfront pricing
A price makes more sense when the scope is visible. RPM publishes common repair prices, exact member savings, installation planning prices, and the assumptions that can change a quote.
The introductory offer gives you the published RPM 360° price on your first qualifying repair. Active RPM 360° Protection members keep that price on published repairs. The clean, rounded prices run about 30–33% below standard, and the exact dollar saving is shown on every line.
| Common service | Standard price | Intro offer / RPM 360° price | You save |
|---|---|---|---|
| Diagnostic visit — first 60 minutes | $90 | $60 | $30 |
| Additional diagnostic — each 30 minutes | $80 | $55 | $25 |
| Clean flame sensor | $170 | $115 | $55 |
| Dual run capacitor — up to 55 MFD | $290 | $195 | $95 |
| Two-pole contactor — up to 40 amps | $320 | $220 | $100 |
| Universal hot-surface ignitor | $320 | $220 | $100 |
| Clear standard condensate drain | $240 | $165 | $75 |
| PSC condenser fan motor — 1/3 to 1/2 HP | $790 | $535 | $255 |
Prices effective August 12, 2026. Published repair prices include the normal part or material described, ordinary labor, startup testing, and cleanup for that exact scope. Diagnostic testing is separate unless the line says otherwise. If the proven failure or scope changes, work pauses and you see the revised choice first.
The introductory rate applies to the first qualifying published residential repair per household booked by February 12, 2027 during regular service hours. The $60 first-hour diagnostic is credited when a listed repair is completed during the same visit. Maximum launch savings are $500. Installation, replacement equipment, permits, work outside the published price book, and after-hours service are excluded. Offers cannot be combined.
Installation pricing is posted now so you can plan before scheduling opens. These are complete planning prices—not one-size-fits-all quotes or unexplained “starting at” prices. A home-specific price follows sizing, compatibility, access, code, and permit review.
Practical full system
A like-for-like upflow plan for dependable single-stage heating and cooling.
High-efficiency heat
Higher-efficiency heating with a standard PVC vent and condensate path included in the planning scope.
Like-for-like upflow replacement; a correctly sized 3-ton matched system; standard access; an ordinary line-set route; reusable existing ductwork, electrical, and gas service; no crane, asbestos, major code correction, or duct redesign. The 96% price includes a standard PVC vent and condensate path. The $250 permit line is an allowance and is adjusted to the actual municipality. Every scope or price change is shown before approval.
Each equipment line is the average of three visible current online prices for comparable Goodman 3-ton R-32 matched systems. Online price, freight, availability, final equipment selection, and home conditions can change the home-specific quote.
RPM uses the same visible $1,500 gross margin in both systems instead of hiding a percentage markup. It helps keep the company available to stand behind the work—and lets you decide whether the full price makes sense.
No names. No cheap shots. These are upper-market planning ranges drawn from broad 2026 consumer cost guides—not claims about a specific contractor. RPM standard pricing sometimes sits inside a guide range. The difference is that you see the exact scope, price, and member saving before deciding.

05 · Direct accountability
Difficult diagnosis, complicated repair, complete replacement, airflow problem, or routine maintenance—I will dig into the work, find the cause, and give you a clear path forward.
I’m Ryan Piemonte, the owner and technician behind RPM. I will bring the technical judgment, preparation, and persistence to handle the job. I will show you what I found, explain what the options mean for your home, and give you the price before work begins.
Recommendations come from the system, the home, and your goals—not a corporate sales target. Repair and replacement are options to compare, not predetermined outcomes.
RPM is starting lean so more of what you pay goes toward the diagnosis, equipment, and skilled work inside your home. Starting lean changes the overhead—not the safety, preparation, or operating requirements needed to do the work correctly.
Growth can bring more trucks and more good people. It will not change the standard: controlled overhead, honest pricing, and customer-centric service delivered by accountable owner-operator technicians.
A calm next step
RPM is building its local service list now. Tell me whether you need repair, maintenance, or replacement. I will reply with the next step and what it will take to solve it. Joining the list is not a service appointment or authorization to begin work.
